We want to share some very difficult news.

TEURN STUDIOS AB have filed for bankruptcy.

This has been an incredibly hard decision and not one we've taken lightly. Over the past years, we have worked with full dedication to build a strong brand with high-quality products and loyal customers. However, we grew too fast without securing a stable cash flow, which has now led to a situation we can no longer resolve – despite serious efforts to raise new capital.

We are deeply grateful for all the support, collaboration, and trust you have shown us throughout this journey. Whether you've been a supplier, a partner, customer, or part of our extended team – you've played a vital role in what we have built.

Q&A Regarding Teurn’s Bankruptcy

-Can I make purchases during the bankruptcy?
Yes, our physical store at Jakobsbergsgatan 7 in Stockholm remains open. All purchases made in-store are final with no refund or exchange. The website is temporarily offline but may reopen.

-Orders placed before July 1, 2025:
If you placed an order before this date and have not received the goods or a refund, you will unfortunately not receive either.

-Vouchers & gift cards:
Not valid during the bankruptcy.

-Warranties & complaints:
These will not be accepted. You may file a claim with the bankruptcy estate.

-Filing a claim:
If you are affected (e.g. missing refunds), you may submit a claim to the bankruptcy estate. Claims will be treated as non-priority under Swedish law, and it is unlikely any payment will be made.

-What will happen to Teurn?:
The bankruptcy administrator has initiated a bidding process to find a buyer for Teurn. Our strong hope is that the brand will continue to exist in the future.For questions regarding the bidding process, please contact the bankruptcy administrator via the email address listed below.
