To start a return, we ask you to please contact us at All deliveries should include a return label, but if this is not the case we will issue one for you upon requests.

All returns have to be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. We charge a shipment fee of 5 EUR on PostNord returns within the Nordics and a fee of 10 EUR on international returns using DHL. Shipment fees will be automatically deducted from your refund payment.

All items must be returned neatly packed in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in a parcel which is securely sealed to avoid any damage. You also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase. If items are returned in a condition which require dry cleaning, cost for such cleaning will be deducted from the refund. 

Shoes must be returned with the shoe box included.

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.

We will refund approved returns within 14 days of their arrival. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right. According to the Consumer Act (1990: 932) you are entitled to complain about defective products within three years. However, you must always notify us within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective.
